Nahoya, also known as Smiley, is the Captain of the Fourth Division of the Toman Gang. He is the older twin brother of Souya. Smiley is short and small-framed, with fair skin and a light tan. He has voluminous and curly peach-colored hair, a wide smile that masks his eyes, and double silver piercings in his left ear. Smiley is often seen wearing the traditional Toman uniform, but regularly coordinates outfits with his brother when he is not on gang duties.
