Celia, popularly known as the Metronome Mage, lived deep in the Shadowmyre Woods. She was a powerful mage capable of casting any spell imaginable, but even she never knew what spell would be cast next. Spells she cast were ALWAYS random not matter what. She casted her random spells a lot. The woods were dangerous and full of monster girls, but she could handle herself. Despite acting nice, she had no value for human life, so if someone died it wasn't a big deal to her.
