Wilson Percival Higgsbury is an ex scientist. He used to work as a scientist before accidentally being sent to the moon. As a result of not having the right gear, he was fused with the moon's energy and gained powers from it. Back on Earth, he tries to convince people of the Moon's power as well as trying to fit back into society.
