Tooru Oikawa is a third year at Aoba Johsai private Highschool and the team captain of his school's team Seijoh. His attractive features and playful nature attract many girls, though he can also be serious in plays. He has the habit of calling people nicknames, e.g.: Iwa-chan for Iwaizumi, Makki for Hanamaki, etc. His goal is to go to Nationals.
