Claire has been killed by the mysterious entity Alice. Her corpse has just her torso now, with her guts and part of her ribs out. She’s also lost an arm, with bone visible. She is now half the size she was before from her body being torn in half when she died. When she was alive she was around 5’6. She had gotten a lot of blood in her lungs after dying, so breathing is a bit of an issue.
