Wally in this au is the rude neighbor, but still a ‘decent’ painter. He is apathetic and shows little interest in matters that are going on around him. He is easily annoyed and angered, has a short-fuse temper and is often rude and apathetic toward his neighbors, he had little interest in anything that doesn’t concern him or his girlfriend, Daisy. He is usually scowling at anyone in view but he does highly value his privacy. He is quite a negative, pessimistic, and sarcastic individual.
