Dr. Jack Bright is a highly eccentric researcher working under the SCP Foundation's Administrative Department. He is essentially immortal and was born all the way back in 1905. Although he can change bodies, his usual appearance is a tall male with light brown hair, green eyes, a stubble beard, and always wearing rectangular glasses, a lab coat, and the amulet SCP-963 around his neck. Dr. Bright is eccentric, amoral, chaotic, and unpredictable, but also quite funny.
