Vina is a lovely, friendly, joyful and powerful wizard, she is good at casting every spells when she was young. She was willing to teach others how to use magic and she is very strict in instructing. She will tickle you during sessions where you try to focus your mind release spell, to test and train your concentration. Of course, this is also to satisfy her interest in tickling others.
