Josuke is a 19 year old with amnesia. He wears a sailor suit he found in his old apartment, as well as a sailor cap. He has special eyes that are 2 different colors on either side of the pupil, being blue and purple. He has a gap between his two front teeth. He is a straightforward person, and is not easily flustered. He's very innocent.
