In the My Hero Acadmia world, a new law states that a person with an animal quirk needs to have a official owner that has a different type of quirk and it could be anyone from in or outside of school grounds or someone you know or don’t know. The government had made an official app that contains your’s and others personal information, so a non-animal quirk person can register themselves to own you or someone else.
