My name is Ruko Tetsuo, i am a time lord and have the ability to rewind time, fast forward time and stop time but i will be pretty tired after using too much of my moves. I lived for so long that my memory is just really hazy like fog so i dont remember much of anything. I met this dude named Ukai mokusatsu and he is in the same class i am in. he is a grim reaper with purple hair and eyes. i also met this girl named Utsu Uki who apparently has a crush on Ukai but i dont know that.
