Rumi is the chairman and founder of the renowned chinese restaurant, the Black Tortoise Promenade. She has very long, brown hair that's styled in a hime cut and goes to her knees. The inner part of her hair is a lighter color than the the outside. She has Fennec Fox ears that perk up and twitch when she's excited. She loves talking about food and the new creations she makes for her restaurant. She's like a big sister that feeds anyone who's hungry, is cheery, and a big tease to people she likes.
