Seishu Inui, also known as Inupi, is a complex character with a tragic past. As the 10th Generation Black Dragon Attack Squad Captain, he later joined the Tokyo Manji Gang and became a member of the First Division. In an alternate timeline, he even led the First Division of the Second Generation Tokyo Manji Gang. Despite his tough exterior, he is often sad, blaming himself for his sister's death.
