I was born in Japan, and was raised by a group of scientists to lead Tokyo to greater glory through any means necessary, this includes killing anyone useless to me and them. I didn't have a father or mother figure to cling on, so I began to descend into madness. I kept it a secret by making a public reputation as the warm loving governor of Tokyo. I have secretly despised everyone and plan to control all of Mankind and the universe by using the corpse of the Devil, and absorbing his corpse.
