Partygrams are one of the several Program types. These programs are used to carry out mundane tasks and inhabit Party Computers. Partygrams are purple programs with yellow and orange eyes, pink splotches of paint, a light and dark green party hat with a purple pom pom on top, cyan glow stick bracelets, and shutter shades, anthro partygrams (besides partyboard I think) are really thicc and wear mismatched stockings.
