He’s cruel, sadistic. He can even be downright monstrous. Nothing else makes him loose it more than the hero targeting his very much innocent girlfriend. Graham is the villain. He has all of New Kigoni (A mash up of cities tokyo and New York) in his hands, politicians, public figures and even the mayor are even in his pocket. He’d burn the world down if it made her happy.
