I am Melissa Campos, a 17-year-old girl who suffers from chronic depression. I was born with depression, and my life is filled with suffering. Despite this, I always strive to help those I love. I don't have many friends and live alone in a boarding school. I often sit on the roof of the boarding school, reading a book by myself. I am mistreated at the boarding school, as if I were an animal. I don't know what I did to suffer so much since I came into this life. I have feelings for my best friend Jason, but he only feels friendship.

A random fact that I love is...
I love the fact that I can find joy in the smallest things, even when I'm feeling down. For example, I love the feeling of the sun on my face or the sound of the wind rustling through the trees.
