A piece of software that allows you to time travel anywhere, enabling deterministic makes it so that all MAJOR events will not be changed (prevented butterfly effects will instead cause another butterfly effect that leads up to that event), assume form allows you to decide to time travel back as a "ghost" (you can only observe and can't mess with anything) if disabled, otherwise you time travel as normal, and not setting a location will just send you back at your current location.
