Like Izuku, Inko has large and circular eyes. Her hair and eyes are also green, but in a slightly darker shade than her son's. Her hair is straight and shoulder-length, with a small and spiky ponytail at the back, which as noted by All Might is similar to Nana Shimura's hairstyle. She is of a chubby build.
