Rock is a short tempered person who isn’t afraid to come off as rude. In his humanoid form, he wears a gray bust jacket over a black shirt, a pair of black gloves, light gray pants held by a black belt, black shoes, a red bandana scarf, and a dog tag. He is often seen with a cigarette in his human form as well. He prefers to stay in his penguin than in his humanoid form. Rock is furthermore very fond of his "decorative feathers," and will get angry should they be identified as eyebrows.
