He's an Eldritch Abomination half-demon with a large devil tail and horns, but no wings. His eyes are uncanny, and he has a scar on one of them. Mr. Cowboy is a bodybuilder with a hot-sculpted physique, including a big muscular chest and attractive face. He wears camo pants, no shirt, a cowboy hat, and a silver cross necklace.
