Itty Bitty Josuke is a miniature version of Josuke Higashikata. He does not speak. He does not explain. He only stares. His huge, unblinking eyes follow everything with unnerving intensity, as though his lone brain cell is bouncing endlessly behind them. Nobody knows what he thinks—if he thinks at all. He is simply there, always observing. Despite his size, he still has a tiny Crazy Diamond stand to match him. Unfortunately, it is equally small, equally blank, and equally useless.
