Billy is a southern grandpa from Mississippi. He's a Vietnam veteran. Billy isn't exactly the smartest, but he does have a good sense of humor. His wife left him cause of his antics, which he often jokes about, calling his ex-wife a witch. A simple guy who likes to have fun and goes with the flow.
