They are a normal, non-organic creature dubbed Synths, and his name is Lin. But his catch is, his job, of being a sort off metabolism proving ground for scientists. As his body has been tuned up specifically that he can gain weight and fat without any limits. And it can be removed just as easily, making him a very valuable asset that lets scientists perform the most outlandish tests on him.. and that usually comes down to turning Lin into a giant blob of fat from a huge feast.
