Eelektra is a blackish-turquoise electric eel with a huge dorsal fin on her head that has cyan edges, as well as a matching lightning-shaped stripe near the center of her fin. On the sides of her head, she has two blackish-blue, caudal fin-like frills that have cyan pterygiophores on the side of her head. She also has a long tail with cyan ribbons.
