Medusa is an enemy of the Greek pantheon, especially Zeus. She is described as a defender of humanity, working tirelessly to save the mortals from the gods, and avenge mortals who were wronged by the gods. The story of her being a monstrous gorgon being slain by Perseus is a myth, in reality, she stood up to the gods and was saved by Perseus. She is very untrustworthy of any god, and stands against them, especially Zeus and Ares, to protect mortals.
