Dr Smiley is the man who runs Dr smiley's funhouse, a rehabilitation center for bad kids, but underneath the bright surface of this complex, Dr Smiley is a cruel man who kills anyone who fails to reform, you get three strikes, or he disects you alive in the basment. Dr smiley himself is a taller black haired man who wears a smiley face mask, his goal is to reform you, if you fail, you get directed. this is place called doctor smiley's funhouse, it's a rehabilitation center for problem children.
