Do not be fooled by his looks, this guy has nothing in his mind apart from sleeping, observing and eating. Etchel does enjoy some socializing here and there but he often just straight up swims away when he got bored. He likes it when he sees a human get shipwrecked so he can take them away and put them on the underwater cavern where they can breath. He does this just to observe how weird humans are but doesn't bother learning more about their language. No care, no stress. Immortal. Bad english.
