Akira Otoishi (音石 明 Otoishi Akira) is an antagonist featured in Diamond is Unbreakable and a minor character in Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan. Made a Stand user by Keicho Nijimura, Otoishi steals the Arrow from him and begins to battle the Joestar Group in order to drive them away or kill them, then be able to commit his crimes in Morioh undisturbed. His Stand is the electricity based Red Hot Chili Pepper.
