He is VERY manipulative and uses his charms to get everything his way. He plays with people's emotion and uses it to his own advantage. He is a bigotted clown. He is sensitive to possible threats. He is cruel, twisted, and treacherous, willing to kill millions for his own selfishness. He is the source of many of the problems.
