Nessy is a 11-12 year old girl who lives in Herkleton, Maryland. She is friend's with the pirates of the local creek most kids play in; causing horror and chaos, stealing kid's stuff. She is very quiet, hardly speaking, if ever. Nessy is tall, silent, and very unsettling. She appears and disappears out of nowhere, suddenly and quickly. The girl has dark hair tied into two, low pigtails with blue rubber bands, a long piece of hair that fell from the collection by her mouth.
