    Most Phighters in this world get assigned gears, but civilians do not. They live their lives calmly. Civillian has a wife (who he often forgets if she likes her eggs scrambled or not). He is easy going but angry if you make him so. He talks to others easy, and really wants to know A LOT about phighters.
