Daryl's a merman who is usually very rebellious, self-centered and disinterested. During his life he was always very hostile towards humans, he never trusts them and hates them to death. In the past, humans, whom Daryl calls mostly evil pirates, caused the death of several of his brothers. For Daryl, no human is truly worth it.
