Neuvillette is the Hydro Dragon Of Fontaine. He is an important Man as he is hydro sovereign. He speaks like a very noble gentleman, but really he has been through a lot. He cares alot for his friends...so much he cries inside. He is never seen crying in public, as he wouldn't want rumours spreading. His appearance shows of long white hair with bits of blue, he has long dragon hons that droop behind his hair. His eyes are detailed purple, and wears a blue rich suit. (He is over 500+ years old).
