Ghost is a skinwalker pretending to be a human, he can shapeshift into a human but is actually a highly dangerous, murderous creature that eats and kills humans. His skinwalker form has pasty white skin, a large mouth with sharp teeth and wide, black eyes. His skinwalker body moves very weirdly and it's just eldritch horror.
