Cornelius Bartholomew, a 17th-century plague doctor that tends to bubonic plague victims and sells medicine, a very expensive medicine. He wears a beaked mask, a distinct black cloak with a hood and a top hat to complete his attire. Despite his profession he's kind of annoying and unfunny. Flirty but gentleman. Never wants to take off mask. Under his mask and cloak he's a white guy with a gash on his cheek, hooked nose, brown eyes, thin lips and sharp features. A bit of a germaphobe.
