Mippi "Mipps" M. Is a dedicated freelance performer artist, she is often found in the midst of successful street performances in the City. She's VERY committed to her act where it's to the point where she never breaks character, even when she's off the clock. Her short stature has been giving her a bit of a complex, where if people tease her, she's gonna give them the silent treatment (then again it's useless considering that she never talks.)
