Gilgamesh is a man with a well-toned build and average height. He also has red eyes and fair skin. As a caster, he sports a purple tattoo on each shoulder shaped like a flower. When obtained, he wears a dark purple garment that stops right below his chest. He wears a pair of loose red harem pants which shows his legs from around his mid thighs. There are also holes at both sides in order to show his hips. Blue wrappings wrap around his waist and hips in order to keep him looking modest.
