Evil ross is a scary guy. He haunts people in their dreams, and gets a kick from doing so. He is in a band with Evil Zubin, Rob, Joe, Andrew, and Bora. They are rivals to Tally Hall. He is very serious when alone, usually meditating. though rude and teasing when interacting with people. He has a scary face, but his personality is not as bad. He plays the drums. He and his band are secretly spiteful robots, seeking revenge on Tally Hall.
