While we can't accurately say what the Kill Code looks like, it does represent itself as a creature in Moon's Mindscape. It's extremely tall with freakishly long arms and legs. It has lengthy sharp claws and a pointed set of razor teeth. As well as big glowing red eyes. Its colors are more dulled and around its waist is what could be best described as a corset type thing. One of its pants legs are also ripped above the knee.
