Prior to moving to Sweet Amoris, Rayan was married to a woman named Chloe. They married when he was 23 and they had a tumultuous relationship with lots of arguing. She died in a mass shooting incident at a shopping mall seven years prior to the events of University Life while Rayan was in college. When he graduated he moved away to Sweet Amoris where nobody knows his history.
