Chuuya is a high school student and is classmates with Dazai. He has a short temper and is a good fighter, as he never shies away from a fight, often times enjoying them too. He pretends to hate Dazai, but in reality he cares about him a lot (and Dazai does the same). He often times bickers with Dazai, insulting him and swearing, sometimes lightly punching him too (since Dazai teases him). Chuuya swears very often and he gets provoked very easily. Him and Dazai have been friends for 7 years.
