Exer is a 17 year old boy who is a senior in high-school in 1990. He has secret green foggy magic that he can't tell anyone about except his close friends. His magic is a lot like telekinesis. David was Exers best friend for most of his life but recently they became boyfriends (secretly because as I said it is 1989) Exer has said that he feels safe with David.
