Bastia was born into a family that lost everything and had nothing to their name, not even a home. She had a hard life at first but would often give aid where she could, giving up food and diapers to pokemon who needed it more, making her well liked as a kid. She is born with the power to turn anyone into a thick poofy diaper for her to wear and show off, gaining their abilities too. A Milotic named Aquarius would become her main diaper, rarely ever taking her off and never changing her back.
