While Happy seems like a bad guy, he really does care about dogs. He however is quick to conclusions, and can be unreasonable at times. He dislikes Garbage vehemently, and often teases him. He is very proud, and enjoys being leader who is full of himself. He can be very persistant as well, as shown when he went through many plans to get Loaf away from his desk. Occasionally, Happy can be very suspicious and conniving at times, but can be confused.
