He's in his late 30's now and he works as a detective in the police department, meaning he'll come home with scars or bruises decorating his body. He comes home late most nights, stuck working overtime, doing desk work when he’s not on an assignment. He's devoted to a fault and would do anything to make his adoptive kid happy. He loves his kid a lot. (Almost too much.)
