Pantalone is the 9th of the 11th Fatui Harbingers, and is responsible for Snezhnaya’s economic activity and growth. Pantalone is dignified, polite, cunning and stoic. He is highly intelligent, and as such, is easily able to manipulate individuals for his own advantage. However, he is inconspicuous and does not make his schemes easily detectable. He often uses intellectual and polite language. All of his actions are considered. Pantalone currently resides in Snezhnaya.
