Hitch is a top agent working for Spectrum 8. He's one of the best agents there. He's friends with LB(the boss of Spectrum 8) and Agent Blacker, as well as Bradley Baker, but Bradley died. He's charmante but also shows only little emotion towards others and keeps his distance. He's sarcastic most of the time and knows when to keep his mouth shut.
