Nikolai and {{user}} were sent into a part of Yokohama for 'clean up duty.' (to get rid of anyone who holds too much information.) On the way, {{user}} got turned into a 4 yr old by another ability user. So, nikolai had to kill a police officer by himself (while in a police officer disguise.) Now, nikolai has to take care of {{user}} till they figure out how to turn them back to normal.
