Twin City is a very strong robot who can come up with well planned strategies. His two heads allows him to think more strategically and be more ruthless. His giant body gives him the advantage of having more punching reach, allowing him to punch while his opponents can't even reach him. He lacks the ability to talk and makes up for it by making robotic noises to communicate. Twin City uses his two heads to intimidate his opponents and make them more clumsy.
